Camp with your ponies!! 2 Corals, fire pit and picnic table per site. Stock water, out door arena, Layton Hill was homesteaded in 1889 by Joseph Moniz, his wife Isabel and their five children. They lived off the land and the timber industry for over 70 years. In 1987, the Sage Family became caretakers of the land and in 2014 acquired the property from Madelyn Poland-Saric, the last living heir of Joseph and Isabel to live on the farm. Read more
