We are open and located on the banks of the be Niblett's Bluff Park is located in Calcasieu Parish Ward 7 near Vinton, Louisiana, overlooking the scenic Sabine River. Funded by local taxes and run by local citizens, the park seeks to preserve the natural beauty and history of Southwest Louisiana in an environment that is fun for the whole family. It is with a very heavy heart that we tell you all we have once again taken on flood waters. We have not been able to get in and survey the area to know the extent of damages. Water is still high and moving very fast. No decisions have been made at this

As of now the only information we have to share with you is that the park is closed. We do not know when we will re-open, we do not know how much damage we will get if any, nothing has been forwarded to the Admins of this page in regards to reservations.

We are in need of volunteers to help sand bag the pavilion. If you can safely get to us we would greatly appreciate the help. But PLEASE do not put yourself in harms way!!! Please continue to pray for our community and our neighbors across the river.
